Privacy Policy
TotalSpeed Communications is not liable for any
damage or problems caused to your computer by usage of the Internet,
downloaded files, or any other problems that may occur when using our
service.
The Internet is a vast network of personal,
private and governmental computers and is intended for use only by
mature adults (minors, if under the supervision of an adult). All
TotalSpeed customers are expected to use the Internet responsibly.
Customers are expected to have a basic knowledge of how the Internet
works. Common sense is your best defense while using the internet. The
following are unacceptable uses--
Illegalities of any nature. Basically if it is
illegal then don’t do it. Illegal activities include unauthorized
distribution or copying of copyrighted software, violation of U.S.
export restrictions, harassment, fraud, distributing obscene material,
drug dealing, and other illegal activities. Customers who are reported
or caught participating in illegal activities of any nature will have
their account terminated (Credit will not be given for accounts
terminations due to misuse).
Email abuse (Spamming). Using your TotalSpeed
Email account(s) for activities such as commercial solicitation,
Spamming (sending unsolicited advertisements to multiple Email addresses
or newsgroups) and mail bombing (sending the same user multiple emails).
TotalSpeed Communications reserves the right to determine what
constitutes Email abuse. Users who are determined to be abusing their
email account will be terminated. If a user has been determined to be
using our servers (or connections) to distribute unsolicited Emails
TotalSpeed reserves the right to charge $1.00 per spam message that is
sent (minimum $250.00). TotalSpeed will work in full cooperation to
track down users who are suspect to abuse.
Harassing conduct, including but not limited to
posting of defamatory, scandalous, or private information about a person
without their express consent, intentionally inflicting emotional
distress, or violating trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual
property rights will NOT be tolerated. TotalSpeed is dedicated to its
customer's privacy and their enjoyment of the Internet. Report email
abuse immediately If you're a victim of unsolicited email, fraud,
harassment, or any other form of illegal activity by way of email,
please email our abuse department (abuse@totalspeed.net).
Bottom line, be courteous and respectful while
acting responsibly on the Internet. TotalSpeed reserves the right to
determine infractions on any of the above policies. TotalSpeed
Communications reserves the right to terminate any or all services, with
or without notification at any time. TotalSpeed, all rights reserved.
TotalSpeed Terms and Conditions
Responsibility, The customer is solely responsible for any phone
charges that may be accrued due to dialing a long distance or out of
area number, it is up to the customer to insure that the number that is
being dialed is local and will not generate long distance charges. The
customer is solely responsible for keeping track of each billing cycle,
and to keep track of when paid service has expired. TotalSpeed will
assume that if we do not hear from you stating otherwise, we will repeat
the normal service cycle of the last expired billing period. For
example: your last billing cycle was for month by month access ending on
the 20th of that month, at the end of that billing cycle if TotalSpeed
does not receive notification of your cancellation 10 days before, i.e.
the 10th, then you will be charged by the method you specified last for
the next billing cycle or month, until you notify us of a change.
All accounts paid for by check or
mailed payment over 30 days past the due date stated in the invoice,
will be assessed a $5.00 late payment fee that will be added to the
current balance. The account will be shutdown if payment has not been
received within 40days of the due date.
All
accounts paid for by Credit Card or Debit Card method will be shutdown 5
days following the due date if account is denied or not allowed to be
processed for any reason.
Cancellation, must be received by phone only through our billing office
at (303) 761-3100 or toll free at 1 (877) 858-7225 during the hours of
8am - 5pm Monday through Friday. This call must be received at least 10
days before the next billing cycle.
Satisfaction Guarantee - FIRST MONTH OF SERVICE ONLY! Any
refunds will be in the form of a check, allowing 30 days for delivery.
All refunds are subject to approval. All first month refund requests
must received on or before the 20th day of service to allow for account
cancellation. *NOTE* - IF FIRST MONTH OF SERVICE WAS RECEIVED FREE*
OF CHARGE THEN SATISFACTION GUARANTEE STATES THAT USER CAN CANCEL
ANYTIME IN THE FIRST 20 DAYS OF SERVICE AND NOT RECEIVE ANY CHARGES*.
All cancellations must be received within the first 20 days of account
activation to qualify for the "Satisfaction Guarantee".
The
customer is responsible for any charges that are produced if not
following these rules. In other words, there will be no refunds or
refunded credit. TotalSpeed Communications all rights reserved.
Delivery Methods and Timing
Upon verification of your address and credit card information, your
account will be activated and charged until cancellation of the account
is received. Delivery does not apply.
Privacy Policy
We do not sell,
trade or share visitor or user information. Our site's order forms that
customers use to request information, products, and services are
collected for contact information (IE. e-mail address). Contact
information from the order form is used to send requested information
about our company to our customers or potential customers, as well as
tech support issues and general questions. Contact information is also
used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary.
Our site and
billing system have security measures in place to protect the loss,
misuse and alteration of the information under our control.
